Starting Jan 2026, we are no longer maintaining the Facebook page; this website will take over as the notification/news board for Aspen Grove community.

New Rules for adding complaints or grievances to the HOA Meeting Agenda​​​

From this day (May 15, 2025) forward, all tenants or owners who want their concerns, problems, or grievances heard and discussed at the monthly HOA meeting must have their concerns sent to the secretary via email or text as listed on the HOA Board page. At least 24 hours before the start of the meeting. This rule is implemented so that all tenants and owners have equal opportunities to voice their concerns, as well as giving the Board ample time to prepare and provide solutions for the listed concerns.

Website now accepts online payments for HOA fees as of 9/20/2025​​​

The website has been upgraded to accept online payments for owners to pay their HOA dues. The website will now accept credit cards, debit cards, and Venmo. You can still pay via check, cash, or direct deposit to the HOA via mailing to the PO box listed on the HOA Fees page.

In preparation for this coming winter

Please check that you have heat trace on your roof. The board is not responsible for any damages to the property from snow or ice if there is no heat trace on the roof. If your unit does not have one. We can help you install it, we just ask you buy one for your unit. If you do have heat trace, we strongly recommend testing the outlet to which it is plugged to see if it has power. You can do this by plugging any device into the same outlet and seeing if the power turns on the device. If there is no power, please reach out to a board member, and we can help you restore power to that outlet. ​
