New Building signs

In August the city asked the association to install new buildings signs throughout the property to help first responders and delivery carriers to more quickly and efficiently find specific houses.

Pool House Roof Repairs

In October the board decided to invest money into fixing the roof of the pool house. To prevent any further damage to the building by the weather. This is the first step in our efforts to convert the pool house into a club house, for the use of our tenants. There is a loan we are in the progress of paying off now. This is why your HOA bill raised $20 per month in order to help us quickly pay off the loan before the loan grows, due to high interest rates. The latest plan is to pay off this loan in two years starting January 2025. If you have any questions, please contact Linda Cobban or Travis Samulski for more information.

Installation of back fence in extra parking lot

​This Spring SCI plans to replace the fence they took out to fix some water lines. This will enclose our extra storage lot, increasing the security for the vehicles and trailers parked there.

Sprinkler Repairs

Early in June we (HOA Board) went around and checked all the sprinklers on the property to see they are working. We may have missed some sprinklers, if you see any sprinklers not spraying properly please contact someone on the HOA board to get fixed ASAP.

Future Projects

Brick Wall repairs

This summer we have taken inventory of many of the patio brick walls that are in disrepair and are working to get them fixed later in July.

Side Walks

This coming summer we will take inventory of all the sidewalks that are in disrepair and create a plan to fixed them later this coming summer.
