New Building signs

In August the city asked the association to install new buildings signs throughout the property to help first responders and delivery carriers to more quickly and efficiently find specific houses.

Pool House Roof Repairs

In October the board decided to invest money into fixing the roof of the pool house. To prevent any further damage to the building by the weather. This is the first step in our efforts to convert the pool house into a club house, for the use of our tenants. There is a loan we are in the progress of paying off now. This is why your HOA bill raised $20 per month in order to help us quickly pay off the loan before the loan grows, due to high interest rates.
